Sound Waves Hifi Install Team Was Aces In Their Knowledge And Professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. James Vaughan of Sound Waves Hi-Fi in an effort to get my home theater space up and running. And, I must say, it was a pleasure.
Not only did James provide outstanding value in the products we ultimately went with, but his install team was ‘aces’ in their knowledge and professionalism. The job was done with absolute care. I always had the feeling that my room was not just “some job” to them, but rather, they were working with diligent attention to detail as if they were setting up in their own home.
Prior to the install, James took some personal time to sit down with me to determine what hardware would fit best in my room using my budget and needs as guides. So many people try to oversell you on something that isn’t necessary, and this was never a concern working with Mr. Vaughan.
Soundwaves Hi-Fi can count on me as an audio/video/install customer for life, and I would fully endorse their services and products to anyone looking to maximize their home entertainment dollar. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Mr. James Vaughan and his team at Soundwaves Hi-Fi.

I must say that James knows his “stuff”. I had bought a sub from James and was not happy with the current EQ system that I was using so I asked James what I could do about proper calibration of my Conquest sub. James suggested the Velodyne SMS-1 for good EQ calibration of Sub and system. I went with it. James came down when he said he would. he went throught the total with me on setup and of how the EQ works with bass and the other audio channels. I am a total believer that what James did with the SMS-1 unit and software not only calibrated my bass for optimum opertion but also did wonders for the other audio channels. I have a “movie theater” experience with my audio setup and will never darken another movie theater’s doorway again. Proper calibration of any audio system will wring the most from your setup and total enjoyment for the entire family with movies and music.
